Registration
REGISTRATION CLOSED
As November 10th, 2024, the registration for the EFDD is closed. Those on the waiting list will be contacted if a spot becomes available and a suitable hotel room is available.
If you're a Dancing Dino, you’ve probably already stomped through a few ETDS events. You've mingled with every team, proving that any dancer could be your fellow dino-buddy! So, at the EFDD, forget about teams and team captains. You’re a seasoned Dino, perfectly capable of handling your own registration. Just make sure you meet the criteria:
Criteria
- You have joined ETDS events before
- You are a former student dancer
- You are 25 years or older
- You agree to volunteer a bit and help us make this event happen
- You are awesome
If you don't tick all those boxes, but you still think you belong at the EFDD: Please contact the organization before registering. Usually, we will stick to the criteria, though. We totally get it if that disappoints you. The thing is, it's tough for us to predict how many true Dinos who meet the requirements will sign up. But here’s our plan: You're letting us know you're interested in joining the EFDD via this form. We'll add you to our list of super-enthusiastic Dinos. And we'll get in touch if we end up with extra space, so you’ll be the first to know if there is a registration option for you after all!
We have space for 225 dinosaurs this weekend. We’ll be allocating these spots through two lottery rounds: one on October 1st and another on November 10th. Be sure to register before these deadlines!
If you subscribe, you agree with all our policies and regulations published on this website, including the registration and lottery policy, the code of conduct, and the privacy statement.

Lottery deadlines

If a participant on the waiting list isn’t available for the EFDD anymore they are required to remove their registration.

If you are selected by the lottery, you will receive payment information and must immediately pay (€85,-) to confirm your spot.
The payment deadline is always 10 days after a participant has been selected: If you fail to meet this deadline, your registration is canceled and the spot will be made available at the next drawing.

The €85 fee includes:
- Three parties (Friday, Saturday, Sunday evening)

- Participation in two competitions
- A snack on Friday evening
- Breakfast and lunch on Saturday and Sunday

Those cases will be handled individually. The EFDD organization has the right to decide with respect to all cancellations and restitutions.
Volunteering
During the EFDD we expect every participant to help out. By registering, you agree with this.
More information about these helping shifts can be found on our website. You can express limitations or preferences in the registration form. We cannot guarantee that we can fully meet all requests, although we will certainly try. The EFDD organization will let you know which shifts you will have to cover. It is your personal responsibility that you do, or find a replacement. You can be removed from the competition or EFDD as a whole if you do not comply with this!
